Great shuttle driver. Brought it in at 9:30 no communication from them. Called at 3 pm ish and texted asking about my truck. Sent text also asking for a shuttle or loaner Brought it in at 9:30 no communication from them. Called at 3 pm ish and texted asking about my truck. Sent text also asking for a shuttle or loaner since I had my insurance then. They responded via text the truck was ready. Sent shuttle. Did bother to explain how to work the cover. Very poor customer service. More
