When I was in the market for a new BMW, I called him and he promptly arranged a meeting. Within 30 minutes we had the whole deal arranged. It is a pleasure working with someone who knows what they are selling. When I picked up the car, Jesse Hatten walked me through the menus and helped get my car set up. It was a pleasure working with him. He knew his stuff! Furthermore, I have been taking my cars there for years for service. It is always friendly, professional and I don't feel I am overcharged for work. In fact, several of the employees found ways to reduce the cost of repairs (coupons, specials, etc.). That makes me want to go back since they value my return business. I especially like Bill Cosenza. He is honest and I trust him. And the thing I was most impressed with? They sent me a video of the underside of my car, clearly explaining what needed repair and showing me. I was impressed. More
