I felt like the most important guy there. I was searching for a reliable pre-owned 4-series in Michigan, and was having difficulty. I expanded my search to a national level just for fun, and I was searching for a reliable pre-owned 4-series in Michigan, and was having difficulty. I requested information, and in a very short time, Scott contacted me to discuss the vehicle. In short, Scott made me feel comfortable with purchasing a one-way airplane ticket from Detroit to PA, write a check, and drive my purchase back. Once I got there, Scott made the experience both efficient and warm. Matt Carson stepped into show me some of the features I had questions on. In a few minutes, I was on my way back to Michigan, thrilled with the purchase I just made. Keep in mind: I didn't spend $100k. I didn't even spend half of that.
