Stress free car shopping Went in to look at a used X3. Once we got to the dealership we didn’t like the one we had seen on the website. Working with Scott we found a differ Went in to look at a used X3. Once we got to the dealership we didn’t like the one we had seen on the website. Working with Scott we found a different vehicle and in less than an hour we did a test drive, got a trade in value on our car (Very fair) and a fair price on the X3. Amazingly, absolutely none of those things happened. Not a one, not even close. We never felt rushed, or pressured, or harangued. From the moment we started working with Scott, it was clear this was going to be a much more pleasant experience than we'd dared to expect. He was polite, unhurried, and willing to give us time to come to a decision. He responded to every question via email quickly, and made the final sales arrangements take less time than most meetings I've been a part of in the last 20 years. I would recommend Otto's to anyone looking to purchase a BMW, and will surely be back should we decide to expand beyond our "first" one. More

From the greeting at concierge, the pristine showroom, and the knowledgeable and accommodating staff, I felt at ease making my decision on my lease. I have dealt with Scott Gately for the past several years and have always recommended him to friends looking for a new, used or to lease a car. He is honest, focused and listens to your needs - which ultimately allows him to deliver you the best results. This last time around he worked with Wilmer Rodriguez (a sales manager) to get me a fantastic deal on a new lease. At other dealerships, i've often dreaded the back-and-forth negotiation that happens, but at this location I honestly felt like they rolled out the red carpet for me and made me feel right at home. Easy to Work With I was looking for a CPO BMW wagon or small SUV. I saw one on the website that I really liked. Just before I got to my appointment, I received a call I was looking for a CPO BMW wagon or small SUV. I saw one on the website that I really liked. Just before I got to my appointment, I received a call stating that it had been sold at an event the night before, but Scott had one that he thought would fit my requirements that I outlined in an email previously. When I got there, the vehicle was ready for a test drive and was just what I was looking for (aside from the exterior color which is really a minor detail). We went inside after the test drive, discussed money ONCE, that's it! I got a vehicle that I was looking for, good trade on the car that I was driving, the payment I was looking for, and patience when I needed to take care of details so I could tag the car out of state. Scott was wonderful and patient. He held the vehicle for me for a week so that I could get everything taken care of to tag it out of state. He continues to keep in touch and answer questions about my vehicle when I have them. I would not hesitate to recommend Otto's BMW when purchasing a CPO vehicle. Scott was great to work with! More
