Auto Search and Purhasing Experience The 'Boss' and I have been looking for a vehicle for the past 2 months. We had visited the BMW dealership in DE, test drive a few cars including the X The 'Boss' and I have been looking for a vehicle for the past 2 months. We had visited the BMW dealership in DE, test drive a few cars including the X5 and 5-series. The Boss loved both however wanted a particular color, which was unfortunately not available. After a scouting trip to Otto's one weekend, and a bit of convincing we were back at Otto's and assigned to Scott Gately. After we agreed on what we wanted to see, we toured the lot and identified the first car (535). This process of getting the paperwork done was almost a breeze. Must have been a really busy day as we had finalize the paperwork and pick the car up 2 days later. While driving back home the 'Boss' and I were so impressed with the attention and service we reviewed online and picked out a second car (X5). We called Scott over the phone and let him know of our intentions. Long story short....both cars were ready for pick up when we arrived to finalize the paperwork. We really did and do appreciate the service given to us by Scott and everyone at Otto's. I will confess this has been the best auto purchasing experience and will definitely make Otto's my first choice if Scott is still around. He really made our day. Thanks Scott G. More
