The problem stems from incorrect or incomplete original paperwork that was not properly finalized until the end of the month due to their delay. Despite this being entirely the result of their internal oversight, I have been repeatedly contacted. I have made every effort to cooperate and resolve the matter in good faith. Instead of working toward a solution professionally, I have continued to receive persistent and intimidating communications. This approach is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would strongly caution others to ensure all paperwork is thoroughly reviewed and documented when dealing with this company. More

There were no issues with purchasing a vehicle. Dean was our salesperson and he was helpful. After our purchase, only two days later, the engine light came on! This dealership had my vehicle for 3 weeks and did not call me once. Every time I called them (every two days), I got the runaround and a bunch of excuses. I even called the general manager and still, no return phone call. After the third, week I finally went to the dealership, and they told me my car was ready. Ready? And you don't contact me! No calls, no communication, only a bunch of excuses from the general manager and folks in the service shop. Customer service is very important to me. I choose dealerships based on customer service. This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from this place. No issues the first time, but that was some time ago. I will never purchase another vehicle from here again. When I went in to find out what was going on, Tom was very apologetic and I appreciated him assisting me. More

The salesman was very nice and pleasant but after the sale we found that they lied to us repeatedly. When called out on it the pompas xxx manager Scott said this is how we have always done and I don't un sale we found that they lied to us repeatedly. He kept telling my girlfriend that her reasons for being upset at them lying to us weren't justified in his mind and to think of something better and call him. My girlfriend has cerebral palsy and struggles when talking and this is how he treated her. Don't buy from suburban, when we called jeep they even said they were not allowed to do what they did so now we are contacting BBB. More
