By far this was the best experience I had in purchasing a car. Scott was so very professional and honest in dealing with me. Buying experience went really well. Full transparency on pricing , got the 4Runner I was looking for with no hassles. Mechanics did a great job inspecting the car. Was able to look at the car while it was in the shop on a lift, which was very nice. Other than that just like every other car dealership. Salesma Was able to look at the car while it was in the shop on a lift, which was very nice. Other than that just like every other car dealership. Salesman was more intent on getting me to come to the dealership than providing service. I had to ask twice to get him to appraise my trade-in via emails. The trade-in valuation was dramatically lower than every other dealer and the blue book value. Not sure why they even made the offer, it was insulting low. Ended up selling the car for 150% more to another dealer. Once I was ready to purchase salesman said that I was getting a deal because they weren’t including any dealer add-ons. But the price he offered was the advertised purchase price on TrueCar. I didn’t appreciate the false statement. Dealership made multiple mistakes when quoting me financing and total price. Initial offer sheet had $1000+ added to the car price. No explanation was given for why that happened. They told me I could get financing at 6% but when it was time to sign papers they said that wasn’t possible. Had to settle for a higher interest rate as a result. More
