I recently purchased my first brand new vehicle from Luther Nissan Kia and I highly recommend anyone considering purchasing a vehicle to shop there as well. I worked with Scott in sales, sales manager Luther Nissan Kia and I highly recommend anyone considering purchasing a vehicle to shop there as well. I worked with Scott in sales, sales manager Guy, and Jamie in finance, all were very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was facing some challenges between my trade in and finances, However they made what could have been a stressful experience very positive and exciting. If you are shopping for a new vehicle I highly suggest stopping in and talking to them you wont be disappointed. More

This is the second car I have leased from Luther Nissan in Inver Grove Hgts. The first one went very well. The second one did not as I started receiving letters and emails from both Luther and Nissan Ac in Inver Grove Hgts. The first one went very well. The second one did not as I started receiving letters and emails from both Luther and Nissan Acceptance as much as 3 months prior to the lease expiration date. I received lIetters from three different associated at Luther. I finally decided to contact a JP Liesenfeld via telephone and email. At first the replies were ok, but as time went on they became slower and slower. When I decided on a car I let JP know via email a couple of times with no reply. I went to the dealer and met with JP who showed me the car and took for a drive. I then indicated that I would like it in Sahara Stone. He the went to the lot and brought up that color and we did the preliminary paperwork, so that I would come in the next day and pick it up. Later on I get a call saying that car was a 2014, not a 2013 with the incentives. He said they will find a 2013 with the selected color and be ready in a day or two. 2 days went and no response. I than called on Monday (Labor day) and was told that it would not be ready yet. I then called the general sales mgr to find out what was going on. He said that he would push to have the car ready later that afternoon. Rather than take a chance that it would not be ready I said I will be in on Tuesday at 10 AM, and he said fine. When I arrived there the next day at 10 AM, JP turned me over to another sales associate named Scott Holorud. I sat there with him for 45 minutes while they searched for my paperwork, which takes 10 minutes to sign. That was frustrating to say the least. One final comment......I was told that the car would have fog lights and floor mats. It has neither. I will buy floor mats before winter and would like a dealer cost install of fog lights. I will definitely buy my next car from Luther Nissan. I had been to several other dealers and this was the first place I felt like I could shop without pressure and given a great price for both my new car had been to several other dealers and this was the first place I felt like I could shop without pressure and given a great price for both my new car and my trade-in the first time. there was no haggling back and forth or 'old school' sales tactics. I did my research and knew they gave me a great price from the start. Scott was an AWESOME salesman. I had done a lot of research on my vehicle before I worked with Scott. I had a lot of questions and he could answer every single one without looking anything up. He also brought me to the vehicle to show demonstrate. He really knows his cars! When I left to talk things over at home I was given a handshake and absolutely no pressure to buy that evening. The next day I called Scott to ask a few more questions and to arrange a time to come in and purchase my new vehicle. He called me right back, even though it was his day off. I had both my kids with me when I did all the paperwork to buy my vehicle. Everyone was friendly and did everything they could to make sure my kids were happy/entertained. Michael was efficient and so easy to work with. I will definitely recommend Scott to my family and friends. More

Scott Holerud was very efficient and helpful in securing the vehicle we wanted. Everyone in the dealership was so friendly, we couldn't believe it! We live 3 1/2 hrs north of Inver Grove Heights, so a lot the vehicle we wanted. Everyone in the dealership was so friendly, we couldn't believe it! We live 3 1/2 hrs north of Inver Grove Heights, so a lot was done by phone so that we were able to make the trip, conduct our transaction and get back home the same day. When it came to the "financial" end of things, Michael Gittins was very helpful in explaining everything, and it all went very smoothly. In all, we only had to spend about 3 1/2 hours at the dealership. This is the second vehicle we have gotten from this particular dealership. Thank you everyone at Luther Nissan-Kia!!! More

I came in for an oil change and Greg did a great job explaining what they would be looking at as far as not just an oil change, but an inspection of the entire vehicle. Everyone at Luther was fantastic. They worked extra hard to get me the color I wanted on a Saturday, on the last day of the month (located it in Brooklyn Park).
