I had no transportation and my service advisor said I needed to rent a vehicle due to the dealership did not offer loner cars for recalls. After asking for manager and explaining that I was let know prior to arrival I was taking my car that day I was finally authorized for a free rental . Thank God , or would been stranded. Then when I picked up my Chevy Colorado 2023 they never washed it and was very dirty and complete out of gas . I barely made it to gas station . Over all It was a bad experience to be honest .

All good with the 90K mile checkup until I got the car

helpful to those who value their time. First we had an appointment at 9am that took 3 weeks to get. W dropped the Suburban off at 8:30am, they didn't get to our car for diagnosis until 4pm. After having the car for 2 days they sent us out with a diagnosis needing a part that they don't have and don't know when they can get. We were told "it could be a day or a month to get the part". They accomplished an oil and air filter change in 2 days and charged us $565. They are very nice when they are telling you how incompetent and inefficient they are. They are also very nice and sincere when they explain to you how your appointment really doesn't mean much at all. Not sure what else to say except the whole experience was an expensive waste of time, go somewhere else if you can.
Also noteworthy- I've bought several company vehicles from quality chevrolet in recent years. I need more company vehicles soon and will be taking my business elsewhere. Thank you for reading.
