At first I was notified my vehicle was gonna be ready
that same day . Then when I arrived to dealer they said minimum of 2 days for and oil change and 3 recalls vehicle needed . I drove from national cit

I had no transportation and my service advisor said I needed to rent a vehicle due to the dealership did not offer loner cars for recalls. After asking for manager and explaining that I was let know prior to arrival I was taking my car that day I was finally authorized for a free rental . Thank God , or would been stranded. Then when I picked up my Chevy Colorado 2023 they never washed it and was very dirty and complete out of gas . I barely made it to gas station . Over all It was a bad experience to be honest .
