Awesome.... They really cater to their clients. Scott Jensen treats you like his best friend whenever you come to the dealership. He even checks on your vehicle when it's in for service and personally calls you when it's done. The folks in the service bay are just as awesome. They're friendly as can be and go out of their way to be helpful; all of them, men and women. Mike Spellman wrote me up initially and came out when I picked up my vehicle to see if I was satisfied with the work. Josh Rouse did the detail work and it was SPOTLESS.... OMG, better than new and they even said it would be like showroom new condition when a I got it and it was. When it went in it had a Winter's worth of filth on and in it and somehow they got rid of it all! I've since recommended them to others for detail work as that was the best job I've ever gotten anywhere. I have to apologize for not remembering the ladies names in the service bay as they were extremely efficient and pleasant to work with as well. Ditto for the phone folks. More

I called Phil personally on a Tuesday just to see what our numbers would come out at to trade in our CRV lease about a year early. I was not at all expecting to be able to afford anything he came back with. Wednesday morning I received a call from Scott with extremely reasonable numbers. We went in Friday, just to test drive the Pilot, and we ended up driving away in it! Scott was wonderful to communicate with over the phone and via email. He was very upfront about previous commitments he had with his family. When we arrived, Syed stepped in to give us some personal experiences with the Pilot and then Renee stepped in for Syed when he left to go to his kids' sporting events. It was all so seamless and all 3 sales employees were extremely helpful. Renee was top notch! She stepped in, was very honest, gave us her own tips and experiences with the pilot and was not at all pushy. We felt very comfortable talking with her openly and trusted her advice. Phil as always was amazing. He is so easy to work with and treats you like you are family. Karen and Josh worked as a great team in finance. We were in and out quickly and painlessly. It's always a pleasure to work with Karen. We purchased accessories that night, which were ordered Saturday and installed on Tuesday. Luis was thorough and made sure things were done properly, even with a full house at 7am. So, one unexpecting phone call on a Tuesday and a week later we have a fully suited 2018 Honda Pilot that we love! Thank you :) More

We have been buying new Hondas since the mid '80's, and feel that these 2 purchases have been the best overall in that entire period.
