Unfortunately, after taking our car for repair for the same issue multiple times, we have decided Buick is not for us. It is unfortunate that the Buick service department could not resolve the issue, and because of this it has caused so much inconvenience having to leave the car for more than a week each time and still this issue has not been rectified. So in an effort to get on with our lives we no longer own a Buick.
