I’ve bought a few cars from this dealership and I will continue to do so. I love the service team too. They always provide Great service. Scott is always courteous, helpful and professional but what is continue to do so. I love the service team too. They always provide Great service. Scott is always courteous, helpful and professional but what is most important to me is I can trust them. The manager is very accessible if you ever have any questions or concerns and always willing to help and for these reasons they will always have my business. Thank you Eagle Buick! Gina Zilmer More

The employees are very nice, however, overall I am disappointed with GMC. I purchased a vehicle for around $47,000 and part of the sales pitch to me was because the vehicle is only 3 years old it was disappointed with GMC. I purchased a vehicle for around $47,000 and part of the sales pitch to me was because the vehicle is only 3 years old it was still considered "new" which was their reason for not budging on the price. My issue is that the vehicles wheels have delamination which I brought to the attention of the sales person at the time of purchase. Nick repeatedly told me it was in the works. After about a month, I was told that the claim was denied by GMC, so they were trying a different avenue. It is going on 4 months now and I have yet to receive any news regarding replacing the wheels. I am VERY unhappy that I have invested this large amount of money and have not received any notification on where we are with this issue or that if they were even going to take care of this problem. I'm happy with the vehicle itself, but every time I go to get into my "new " vehicle I have to see this reminder. Bottom line is on a $47,000 investment, what is $700 worth of wheels to a large company like GMC? Don't you want a completely satisfied customer that would refer all their friends and family to them for future purchases? I would appreciate some assistance on this issue. More
