Have to follow up behind them, sometimes they for get to do checks when getting my oil changed. They don’t want to hassle with the very warranty I bought off them because it takes work. They praise the warranty when they’re selling you the vehicle but avoid using it because the warranty company is a pain apparently. Some of them in service department are very nice but nice doesn’t get the job done. April is gonna have to start buckling down on this dealership again because they are gonna cost her business if they don’t quit jerking customers around. More

I was met promptly and courteously, they were able to get my vehicle diagnosed quickly and repaired within a few hours. The service writer made arrangement for an Uber and a rental car. I am thankful they we my vehicle diagnosed quickly and repaired within a few hours. The service writer made arrangement for an Uber and a rental car. I am thankful they were able to get mu vehicle repaired quickly and properly, HOWEVER, the repair was completed in right at 3 hours and the labor charge was $1,197. That is almost $400 per hour. I'm fairly sure that is what their labor book tells them the job will take, but a $1,500 bill for a thermostat replacement and system flush sent my head spinning. More
