Scott was very awesome getting me in to repair my flat tire. He had two in stock and got me in first thing next morning and found my tire maintenance agreement with GM. Only took a short time to get the news tires put on my Traverse. Also Mickey who answered my message was soooo very nice and friendly and very helpful with my situation. Thank you all very much. More

In the last 50 years since I have been purchasing vehicles, & that has been over 25 new vehicles, this has been the best experience I have ever had. Jared, Jason & Mike were superb in not only infor vehicles, & that has been over 25 new vehicles, this has been the best experience I have ever had. Jared, Jason & Mike were superb in not only information, but the financing, the explanation of all the electronics and management, I do not have the words to express how grateful we were to have these people on our team finally. They all treated us like we were family and not just a number trying to get their quota for the end of the month. If I could reach out and tell everyone who is about ready to trade, or purchase a new or used vehicle, I would tell them to go straight to Palm Chevrolet and forget about going any where else. More

The service dept doesn't come outside to meet you when you get there. They couldn't help me when they left a screen on my dashboard that I wanted to change, They wanted me to drive 20 miles back to Palm, you get there.
