very disappointed.. considering how long I’ve been a loyal Ford customer.. the truck center staff was kind.. courteous and even sympathetic.. however, senior management/ GM in Braintree had no interest loyal Ford customer.. the truck center staff was kind.. courteous and even sympathetic.. however, senior management/ GM in Braintree had no interest in helping solve my problem fairly w/o it costing me a ton of money.. my truck developed some mechanical issues too soon for its age.. and Ford would not take any responsibility..
