We have been customers of the dealership since 1998 and once again they’ve gone above and beyond. This was our first experience with Mr. Malise and Mr. Adler directly as our sales consultant of 20 years, Mr. Roberts, is on medical leave. We were impressed as to how Mr. Adler and Mr. Maslise stepped in seamlessly and were so gracious. We walked into the dealership on Saturday, 3/23/19 minutes before the sales floor was closing and patiently they worked with us while we made a decision almost two hours later. Then delivery...due to work schedules, we couldn’t pick up until Friday, 3/29/19 at 6PM; once again we kept these men well beyond normal closing. There are many choices out there and though we’ve thought about other product brands, we always end up at MB Manhattan for one reason only....SERVICE....whether sales or maintenance....they always get it right! We would be remiss if we didn’t mention Tata Umana who we always enjoy catching up with and spoiled us with refreshments so we could relax. More

We spoke with numerous dealerships / brands before picking MB Manhattan (mainly due to Anastasia Zbarskaya and Scott Malise (Sales Manager) and Kareem Raposo (Finacnce) who helped during the process. The dealership was pristine and everyone was very helpful. They also did a great job with valuing our trade in vehicle, taking care of all the registration etc. Definitely recommend this dealership and Anastasia! More

I know Scott from way back on Park Avenue, and I trust him. I thought that the meeting would be a preliminary one to sort through the numerous offers I had received in post cards, emails and letters. Greg and Scott convinced me that now was the time ti act. I ageed. Nick T came in and explained the 17 different pieces of paper I signed and I had a 2019 C300. HAPPY ENDING! More

My salesperson Daniel Lehrer who was out on sick leave left me in the capable hands of Harald Adler. I felt very comfortable with the team of Harald Adler and Scott Malise, Sales Manager. I must admit I am not an easy sell and I do my leg work..However, Scott has gotten o know me and deals with me direct no BS!. I thought I wanted to downsize my E class to a C class for my next lease. However, I truly didn't want to. My team knew. that I truly wanted an E Class, and they made it happen. I am happy and so grateful to "My Guys" for knowing their customers and giving them what they want. These guys really get to know their customers so they can take care of them properly! Daniel who is out ill, kept in touch with me through the process to ensure that I was being taken care of at MB-Manhattan.... I picked up my 2019 E300 yesterday and loving it!
