Can’t say enough about our experience with Novak Mother. The entire car buying experience was complete hassle free. No gimmicks. No come ons Absolutely no sales pressure at all. There was no up sales when we discussed the price point we wanted to stay within. We were shown and purchased a great vehicle exactly in our price range. Our sales representative, Scott, was knowledgeable about the vehicles, answered all our questions and was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. I called Scotta about 3-4 months ago looking for a specific Jeep. As soon as that Jeep came into the dealership Scott called me - AFTER 4 months of not hearing from me!
