From the moment I made the phone call and Scott answered, he was very attentive and friendly. I never felt rushed. He answered all my questions,even though I told him I was not ready to buy at that very mo he was very attentive and friendly. I never felt rushed. Then when I went in to see the jeep, he still was very helpful and patient with all my questions. Even when I FINALLY purchased my Jeep yesterday🥰😍🤩,he was still willing to answer questions. He's a great hassle-free salesman! The whole crew at Novak is A+. There were no hidden fees at all. The price was the price. Stop in, you will not be sorry!! More

We were mostly happy with the experience at Novak motors, Scott was pleasant to work with, and the truck we purchased seems like its in very good condition.
