Never heard of this dealer. Enter showroom was awesome and impressive. Greg greeted me and told me had an appt. Scott enters and explained Novak way. Drive on hwy wed. Sense subtle vibration. Take for balance. Ask Greg question about tires wear.Enter Mgr Mike Trotta and he addressed my concerns and promised me when tires need to be replaced no need to worry no charge.Gets better.Felt confident in whole team effort. As balance was being done Mike came to me and said he would replace tires right away. To say happy is gross understatement. My wife always looked for value in off lease vehicles with lo miles as broken in and good value. With Novak you will get that and more. My experience was high class form go.
