Told it would take over two weeks to have car serviced and no loaners. So had car towed to Audi Chandler and, despite not having bought the car there or having any previous service history, they diagnosed and no loaners. Simply no reason to ever visit Gilbert store again. More

Scott and team at Audi Gilbert have always been great, and today was no exception. I scheduled an appointment for routine service and said I would wait. My Q7 was taken immediately to the service area and and today was no exception. I scheduled an appointment for routine service and said I would wait. My Q7 was taken immediately to the service area and work was done promptly, all while keeping me informed of the status and sending me a thorough inspection video. No upselling. Team did a great and timely job, and returned my car nice and clean. This is a great dealership with good people, which is why I use them. More

I am the proud owner of a 2015 Audi A3. This is my first Audi or luxury car and I had a lot to learn about maintenance and care that goes into these phenomenal vehicles. I started having an issue with my turbo so I did what any good Audi owner would do and took it to Audi Gilbert. I met with Scott P., the service manager, he did confirm my turbo needed replacement. I was devastated, thinking I wouldn’t be able to come up with the funding to take care of it but due to Scott and all the staff at Audi Gilbert my A3 qualified for a warranty and my turbo was replaced. Scott even was able to get me a loaner while they worked on my car. Scott called and told me she was ready to be picked up and she’s never driven more beautifully. I wanted to thanks Scott and the hard-working technicians and all the staff at Audi Gilbert. Their customer service was impeccable. They kept me posted every step of the way during the process. Audi Gilbert went above and beyond my expectations Thank you so much for a GREAT experience at your dealership!!! I won’t be taking my car anywhere else and I am telling all my friends and family and anyone who listen Audi Gilbert is amazing!! More

I made an online service appointment for my A5 Sportback, to include a loaner vehicle. A few hours later I received a call back from Scott Pfannenstiel that the service appointment would need to be pushed ba to include a loaner vehicle. A few hours later I received a call back from Scott Pfannenstiel that the service appointment would need to be pushed back a week and that no loaner would be made available. He did say I was welcome to wait for the vehicle to be serviced, which typically only takes a few hours. I don't know any "luxury" vehicle owners that don't have better things to do than sit around a service department and wait for their vehicle to be serviced. I have owned multiple Audi cars for over 10 years. I have never been denied a loaner vehicle when I took my vehicles in for service. I bought this car from the Gilbert dealership, but will be looking elsewhere for any future purchases or for service. More

I have worked with the service dept at Audi Gilbert for several years now, just for general maintenance ect, and I have really had great experiences with the service dept. Specifically Scott, he really co several years now, just for general maintenance ect, and I have really had great experiences with the service dept. Specifically Scott, he really comes through with great suggestions and sets expectations appropriately. After this last visit I was not only impressed with the work done on the car, but as always the service was just exceptional. More
