I am very…very particular about clean windows. Each time I have to clean all of them inside and out … my husband has seen them too. I am done getting my car back with smeared windows. Leave them alone or use clean cloths. It’s very annoying to us. Hard to get oil off. Mike will verify what they come back like. They look clean in the building when we pick up the car, but once you’re in the sunshine you can see the film on them.
OK now I’ve said what you needed to hear a long time ago. I want CLEAN windows or leave them alone. No smears …

No one ever contacted me again, even after two attempts on my part to contact the service manager. So now, I have a hold in my windshield protection film that some how occurred with the dealer was in possession of the car with no communications on a solution!
