I brought my car in to settle a problem with the audio system. It ended up taking 6 weeks. This was entirely too long for a small problem. Called back after a month to check on the progress. Told them I had been without a car for all that time. They arranged for a loaner car. Finally got back my car. The bill was considerable. I don't plan on returning to this place for any kind of service or repair in the future. More
