Scott in service got my car taken care of that very day, He needed to keep my car for a few hours so he arranged a ride for me to get me to work. After work he arranged for a ride to bring me back to the dealership. When I arrived, my car was repaired and washed! When I called mid-day to ask a question, Scott was not available, but another service agent happily assisted me. A representative from Audi even called me the next day to ensure I was completely satisfied. Prices are reasonable and the staff are great! More

I have never given a bad service report but this time I’m letting you know about the car wash done. My car is always clean and windows very clean… each time my car comes back to me the windows are smeared letting you know about the car wash done. My car is always clean and windows very clean… each time my car comes back to me the windows are smeared with like an oil (wash cloths dirty) residue inside and out where the service people cleaned them. I am very…very particular about clean windows. Each time I have to clean all of them inside and out … my husband has seen them too. I am done getting my car back with smeared windows. Leave them alone or use clean cloths. It’s very annoying to us. Hard to get oil off. Mike will verify what they come back like.
