This is our third purchase from Ferman and I have no doubt that I will buy from them sometime in the future. I also have to say that when any experience is good it's easy to say good things about a company but when something goes wrong that's when you really find the best or worst of a company. When I purchased my second vehicle from Ferman I had a couple of small items that needed tending to and Robert Suarez was the man that made sure that these items were corrected to my satisfaction. I used to own my own business and would have loved to had Robert Suarez work for me. He is a kind, attentive , thoughtful man and if it were possible to give him 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough in my opinion. Thanks again for all of the afore mentioned personnel that made my last purchase one that met me and my families expectations. More

Great experience! We went car shopping on a Sunday for my daughters first car. We didn’t plan on buying anything, we just wanted to look. Best I’ve ever had!! Brandon was the absolute best. He stayed almost 2 hours after they closed to make sure that I was satisfied and left with a car I really wanted and wa Brandon was the absolute best. He wasn’t pushing for the more expensive car, he was pushing for whatever made me happy. He sat there and listened to everything I had to say and even stayed after to just talk about our cars and families. He was an amazing salesperson and I recommend him 10/10 100%. I’ve bought 2 cars from Ferman now, my last one got totaled and I’ve been car hopping so going in here, I had my mind set on getting a cheaper car with low payments.
