Atrocious.. If you hate your job that much, LEAVE! 2015 Chrysler 200 S - My car has a lot of computer and transmission problems, which causes if to stall several times a day without warning. Making a left hand turn in a busy intersection, STALL! etc. But okay, no problem I say to myself; it's a brand new vehicle still under warranty, I'm golden.. Boy was I wrong. I called Chrysler corporate and explained to them the issues and they were very nice and understanding. They told me to go to Arrigo, drop my car off and pick up a rental for 5 days at no cost to me, because I'm under warranty still but regardless, I fit some type of "Matrix" (Never heard or knew of such term in my life) and everything will be covered by Chrysler. Long story short, I take my car in, drop it off and get the rental and leave. But the whole time im there, Arrigo fought me and the deal I made with Corporate the whole way. They tried not to honor the rental until I called corporate and complained. And I scheduled an oil change. Before I left, Bob showed me the print out of my error report... 4 pages of documented power failures over a span of 3 weeks! And Bob says to me, oh this is simple, it's just a battery problem. Oh btw, the deal you struck with corporate has one exception that can void everything... If it's a battery issue then im responsible for all cost. Obviously I know and he knows it's not a battery issue, but they say they have to replace it first to make sure its not. After 5 days I return the rental, pick up my car and am charged for EVERYTHING! I disputed my charges with my credit card company and received my money back. Battery is replaced, no oil change, car is dirty beyond belief... And guess what happened 4 hrs later? The same issue.... The issue the battery DIDN'T fix. My case manager at Chrysler calls me and tells me that Arrigo has told them that im black listed from going there again, because I had disputed the charges for the rental. My issue with my car is a well documented problem with the 200s and other vehicles with the 9 speed transmission, but still Bob and Arrigo acted like I was the first person to ever go in with that problem. I highly doubt that. My question is, why be a dick, Bob? Your last name isn't Chrysler... Why intentionally go out of your way to be a miserable soul? Even corporate acknowledged the problem! I understand you hate your job and you're miserable... So retire! You're not honoring your duty and job description...it's time to move on. More

We were very pleased that we did. It seemed that every effort was made to listen to and meet or needs. I did not feel pressured or confused by double talk which very often happens at an auto dealership. More

Oil change mess up Brought my ram in for an oil change and tire rotation. Under new car warrants with a free oil change. When I got home I found the mechanic had stood on the painted bumper! The right side is now dented. What the beck was he standing on this for? This is my second time they did something to mess up my truck. They don't care as I did their review on line and I have heard NOTHING! Ford next time. This is my 4 th ram. More

worst experience ever This place is a joke. I agreed on a price for a Dodge Charger with a salesmen. Two days later I'm told that I have to be financed with them even thoug This place is a joke. I agreed on a price for a Dodge Charger with a salesmen. Two days later I'm told that I have to be financed with them even though I was already preapproved from my own credit union. Then I get a call from the salesman the next day saying that they cannot sell the car at our agreed price! After pleading with a manager that this was wrong, they did nothing. They refused to accept the offer that was already accepted in writing by an employee. Never have I seen a dealership do something like this. Completely unacceptable and terrible business practice. More

Finally a good experience! I just purchased a new 2016 Jeep Patriot from Scott Rice. He did a great job for me! I had some extreme circumstances with negative equity in a trade I just purchased a new 2016 Jeep Patriot from Scott Rice. He did a great job for me! I had some extreme circumstances with negative equity in a trade as well as needing a lower payment. He sat down and took the time with me and worked out what I could AFFORD to buy BEFORE even looking at vehicles. He walked me through the whole process with out any type of pressure at all. I was intimidated by going to such a large dealership such as ARRIGO because I thought they would only be about getting the sales out the door. I was WRONG! I came there on a referral from a co-worked and they delivered! I got a payment I could live with, a car that fits my needs and most importantly a good feeling of how I was treated by everyone at the dealership. I will will highly recommend this dealer and especially this sales rep to as many people as I can. Scott Rice was my sales person/Lou in Finance (Who worked miracles for me) and the Sales Manager who got the deal done for me. Thank you for a positive experience! More
