The reason I love Rizza Ford in Orland My service advisor was Ike. He explained the situation about my vehicle. He took the time to answer all my questions, and I had a lot. Terrible attitude in service department Never again will I buy Ford. You guys knowingly sold the 2012 Ford Focus with all of the transmission problems, all the recalls, just to scam me and m Never again will I buy Ford. Upon arriving, Scott Scociak told me i was lied to on the phone about a Customer Satisfaction program and told me 100,000 is good for a NEW car for the trans to go out. Worst car dealership I have ever been to. More

Always a good visit at Rizza Ford I have been taking my company cars to Rizza Ford for some time now and there service department does an excellent job so good that the last car I boug I have been taking my company cars to Rizza Ford for some time now and there service department does an excellent job so good that the last car I bought I went to Rizza to buy my wife a new Lincoln.
