Happy Customer? I went in for an oil change and I also was told that I needed all new Lug nuts. I agreed to purchase them. After thinking about it I should have wait I went in for an oil change and I also was told that I needed all new Lug nuts. I agreed to purchase them. After thinking about it I should have waited. The car is only about 2 years old and shouldn’t have that problem so soon. I also should have asked for the old one back. Felt like a possible scam. But live and learn. More

More than what I was expecting I brought my car in for service and got my front suspension fixed also. it was under warranty and I was not even thinking of that, but I was told by t I brought my car in for service and got my front suspension fixed also. it was under warranty and I was not even thinking of that, but I was told by the service team that they can take care of since the vehicle was there and it rides even better now. I don’t trust Rizza with my car anymore!!!! They had my car for 3 weeks for what I was told were some wires that had been “cut”. The service rep accused me of being in a car accident with fron They had my car for 3 weeks for what I was told were some wires that had been “cut”. The service rep accused me of being in a car accident with front end and back end damage. When the only place my car has been worked on is RIZZA the place I bought it from. SMH Sad I will never take my car back to this dealership. Oh and for the record my car has never been in a accident. They wanted me to pay cash for something that should have been covered under the warranty. I had to get the Lincoln Corp office involved to get my car fixed. Then they just let my car sit on the lot for over 2 weeks without returning it to me. I had to call the Corp office back to get my car back. REALLY!!!! More
