New key made and programmed Had to get another key made. Was in and out in about an hour. Sync System Problems My car developed Sync system problems, such as not displaying information, shutting down heat system, etc. I brought my car to the service department. My car developed Sync system problems, such as not displaying information, shutting down heat system, etc. I brought my car to the service department. The issue was resolved within a few days. I got rental car for a period when my car was at the maintenance service. They delivered my car to my home. In addition, they cleaned and washed my car. All services were covered by the warranty. All issues resolved! Brought my car in for three issues and they were all resolved in a professional and timely manner. In the past, I’ve had some unpleasant experiences w Brought my car in for three issues and they were all resolved in a professional and timely manner. In the past, I’ve had some unpleasant experiences with the service team but Scott handled everything great. I will continue to ask for Scott for all my service related issues. I will be purchasing a new car in the next year but was hesitant to stay with Lincoln because of past experiences after Charles left. After dealing with Scott on my last two visits my confidence in the Joe Rizza service team has been restored! More
