All issues resolved! Brought my car in for three issues and they were all resolved in a professional and timely manner. In the past, I’ve had some unpleasant experiences with the service team but Scott handled everything great. I will continue to ask for Scott for all my service related issues. I will be purchasing a new car in the next year but was hesitant to stay with Lincoln because of past experiences after Charles left. After dealing with Scott on my last two visits my confidence in the Joe Rizza service team has been restored! More

Having an inconsistent entrance for service in a timely manner. Then after work is done, service done on vehicle looks to be top notch but that's not dealing with any individual in person or phone, asking for proof of coupon, had input into service scheduling system, not able to find and could not return at later date to reclaim discount cause job is closed, what does that mean??? Then had the audacity to offer a paper coupon for car wash, if you're going digital then do it fully or don't do it at all, also my car spent all day at your dealership after an early morning service and did not get washed, so please don't present service with a car was unless you follow through every time. My apologies to the service counter clerk not her fault and I took it out on her, but she does work for you, so an employee has to support and stand by the good and bad service it's company provides. Problem solved I had an issue with my new vehicle. They got me in for an appointment fast. Scott even set me up with a courtesy vehicle as I had no other way to ge I had an issue with my new vehicle.
