I placed a deposit on my BMW in production on October 8, 2022. Because of a recall and shipping times from Germany, the vehicle was not at the dealership until December 5. I was called by my sales agent, Sc 2022. Because of a recall and shipping times from Germany, the vehicle was not at the dealership until December 5. I was called by my sales agent, Scott on December 3 telling me that they would be keeping the car I placed a deposit on (VIN on receipt paperwork) for their showroom. I would have to wait at least another month for another to be shipped from Germany. Unbelievably bad business. I would never do business with them again. More
