I had initially brought in my 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid for some servicing. There was a slight hassle related to my service appointment and Scott went above and beyond to make sure that everything was hand for some servicing. There was a slight hassle related to my service appointment and Scott went above and beyond to make sure that everything was handled properly. I received outstanding care and attention from Scott, he made sure that my car was going to get the service, care, and maintenance that it needed. The car was out of warranty, but things were done in good will. I'd highly recommend servicing your vehicle here! More

My car's rear backup camera was not working. The service person kept saying something about 'above the audio monitor' wasn't working (I had a hard time understanding his words through his accent), which con person kept saying something about 'above the audio monitor' wasn't working (I had a hard time understanding his words through his accent), which confused me since the issue had nothing to do with audio. He said it would cost $7XX to fix the backup camera, or so I thought. I declined the repair since the backup camera is not critical, and I didn't have the money to fix it. When I picked up my car the entire monitor was not working, but the monitor was working perfectly fine with no issues other than the backup camera when I dropped off the car. Long-story-short, they replaced the monitor at no charge and eventually resolved the situation to my satisfaction, however several interactions with the service team were disappointing, and I am going to trade in my hybrid for a non-hybrid so I can get my car serviced by my regular neighborhood auto repair shop and not have to work with the dealer service department any more. I also realize that many industry's service teams are struggling in the pandemic, and I am trying to keep this in perspective, but I feel they broke the monitor and didn't initially take responsibility for that. More

I was over charged for my oil change. Thankfully I checked my invoice if not they would have never contacted me. Sales department was horrible.
