I was able to receive the service that was scheduled on time / friendly, competent staff - thoroughly explained what was needed and excellent accommodations as I waited for my car. Over the years, I have owned 30 some new cars. Mini's Service Department is so far and away the best ever. They're the reason I've been driving Mini's since 2012 and will continue to do so. They are courteous, thoughtful, provide loaners when needed, do a great job of explaining what's needed before performing the service and provide very transparent pricing. Scott and Steve are the most outstanding Service Advisors I have ever encountered. kudos to all! More

The purchase was easy. The car was ready in the showroom. We were explained in detail all the operations of the car.
