Over the years, I have owned 30 some new cars. Mini's Service Department is so far and away the best ever. They're the reason I've been driving Mini's since 2012 and will continue to do so. Everyone I've ever interacted w/ there is uniformly committed to providing the clearest, most transparent information re: service priorities re: my car, e.g., what I need to address first, and what I can wait to address later. I don't know how other car dealerships operate. Before owning my MINI, I serviced my Hondas at local garages. However, I have walked into massive regional dealerships that sell multiple makes and models. MINI of STL is a world apart from those impersonal, sales-driven superstores. At MINI, everything is calm, relaxed, and tailored toward customer satisfaction.
