Please don't buy any used cars at this dealer, this has been my experience at this dealership day one. First of all it took me 2 plus hours to buy a used car cash with only one other customer that showed u been my experience at this dealership day one. First of all it took me 2 plus hours to buy a used car cash with only one other customer that showed up after me and we wound up closing the dealer late, I've never had an experience like this I and I have purchased from 8 to 13 cars in the 30 years I've been hear. I have purchased 6 cars from CarMax, 4 from Hollywood Honda, 2 from auto nation and 1 from headquarter Toyota and have never had this problem, out of all of that 7 were new, the remainder of 6 were used cars. The one at Acura was my first car buying with cash, almost $18,000. Sales person has not participated in anything other than the sale that evening and he was recommended by the sales manager, while the other sales persons don't get picked. More
