Pleasantly Unexpected I visited this dealership in support of my husband needing a new car. Joe was incredible to work with. He treated us like family and what really spar I visited this dealership in support of my husband needing a new car. Joe was incredible to work with. He treated us like family and what really sparked my interest was his knowledge not just with Acura, but with the industry as a whole. My husband is a devoted Acura customer eyeing the new Aspec TLX 2019. Joe challenged my love for other brands by offering me a text drive of the new RDX. I liked (ok, loved!) the ride, but wasn't ready to make a move until my husband got what he needed/ wanted. I tried playing tough girl by saying "if I'm coming from Audi, I need this one here in the showroom!!!" Joe laughed, I thought I was off the hook.... In less than 24 hours, my husband got what he wanted and I got the reliability that I needed. Store Manager was amazing and our finance guy was also a pleasure to work with.
