I was very happy with my purchase, but after 14 months decided I needed something better suited to my needs in a vehicle. I stopped in late on Saturday afternoon and met Scott Tophoney. I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do, and was concerned since I only had my vehicle for a little over a year, my trade in, balance of loan etc, would not be a wise decision, and inevitably losing my initial down payment only a year before. Scott was very understanding, wanted to make sure I found a car I was satisfied with, and assured me Mike Disora would help me put a package together that would be financially sound. He was right, a few hours later I was on my way home with my 2nd Nissan purchase from Kelly. I am so satisfied with the quality and value of these pre-owned vehicles, I don't think I would buy new again!...Both Scott and Mike were extremely helpful, they did not rush me at all, and throughout the whole experience didn't push the sale, rather were clear I needed to be happy and satisfied with my decision, as this was their main goal. By far the best car buying experience ever. I would and will highly recommend Kelly Nissan and Scott Tophoney to everyone interested in purchasing a car. Do Not Buy A Used Car From Here! Absolutely horrible! I bought a 2005 Volkswagen Jetta from this dealer in August 2014 with a 30 day warranty and 120,000 miles on it for $8,000. Ever Absolutely horrible! I bought a 2005 Volkswagen Jetta from this dealer in August 2014 with a 30 day warranty and 120,000 miles on it for $8,000. Everything was fine with it for the first month. The only problem I had was the driver's side window would not roll up. I took it back to have them repair it within the 30 day warranty. Not long after the warranty expired, the check engine light came on. I took it to Auto Zone and the code read Catalytic Converter or potentially some other minor issues. I hoped it was the minor issues instead, obviously, and planned to have it taken to get it checked out. Within a week of the check engine light appearing, the car began to kick when the car (automatic) shifted from 1st to 2nd, 2nd to 3rd, and 5th to 6th gear. Eventually I took the car to get looked at and the repair man said that the kicks are due to a bad transmission and the check engine is possibly a catalytic converter (but he wasn't sure). Getting these things fixed would cost thousands of dollars. Now the car kicks so hard at times I feel like I might take off. The car literally jolts forward. I can't afford the repairs. Not only that but the car's passenger side door does not unlock anymore, and that window problem that they said they "fixed", well the windows now roll down when I try to roll them up, which is perfect in the rain. Also the CD player has practically stopped working. Even better, I wrote them a letter describing how bad my experience has been a month ago and they didn't even have the courtesy to respond. For $8,000, I expected minor issues, never in a million years did I expect this. I assume by the title Kelly "Risk Free" they mean selling the car is "Risk Free" for them because I took all the risk and probably will be without a car very soon. Thanks to Kelly Nissan of Route 33, I spent $8,000 on a car that will cost me thousands more in repairs. I will NEVER recommend this dealership or any Kelly dealership to anybody again. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE! THANKS KELLY NISSAN OF ROUTE 33! Surely pathetic. More
