I was a little nervous but just after being there for just a few minutes I felt completely comfortable. Scott is really nice pleasant person. I felt no pressure or stress, he was completely informative,to everything I wanted or needed to know. I could feel at ease to take my time to ask any questions I had and to make up my mind as to if I wanted the car. I didn't have to listen to any line coming out about" the car won't last long cause someone else wants it or it won't be here tomorrow so you have to let me know now". It was so Stress Free working with Scott. It was a pleasure working on this deal with Scott Tophoney and Mike Disora. So working from the beginning of the appointment with Jessica and ending with paper work with John Alenn I was completely comfortable with my purchase. Scott was an active listener while working with our family to supplying us with a used commuter vehicle. He did not try to hard sell us a new vehicle or a higher price/higher equippped used car that w family to supplying us with a used commuter vehicle. He did not try to hard sell us a new vehicle or a higher price/higher equippped used car that was out of our price range. Outcome of the visit was that we purchased a used car. If we are in the need of a used car we would work with Scott again. In fact we are woking with Scott on a replacement SUV for our son for the Pathfinder that was declared "undrivable" based on a recent recall by Nissan. This will make us a (3) Nissan vehicle family. More
