I’ve developed a method of selling here that truly benefits the customer. I was looking for a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder within my price range and Kelly Nissan, Route 33 had exactly what I was after. I compared this car to others within a 30 mile radius and found that it was the price range and Kelly Nissan, Route 33 had exactly what I was after. I compared this car to others within a 30 mile radius and found that it was the best price compared to 18 others and had more options. Only 1 car in my price range was lower but, did not have near the added options. Scott was pleasant to deal with and he gave me a good price. I will recommend Scott to all of my friends who are looking for a new or used car. 1 to 10, I would give Scott an 11. More

Our experience with Nissan of Route 33 first began with their service department where they have consistently cared for my vehicles with great customer service and fair prices. So of course when we wanted their service department where they have consistently cared for my vehicles with great customer service and fair prices. So of course when we wanted a Used Car we chose Kelly Nissan as our first destination! Scott Tophoney was an excellent sales representative! Not only did he listen to our needs and work hard to meet our requirements, he spent a great deal of time with us patiently test driving multiple vehicles and walking the lot in freezing weather! He never complained and treated both my husband and me with respect, care and understanding. Needless to say, we didn't have to visit another dealer. We bought our used Nissan Versa on the spot where we then worked with John Arena to wrap up the finances efficiently and professionally. From the service department to appointment confirmations with the wonderful Emmie Pilz to Scott, John and team - we just couldn't be happier. Where to begin, I am always a bit skeptical when it comes to salespeople and service. Every time I purchase a vehicle it seems like it's been a long drawn out process with people taking me for a ride. Kelly to salespeople and service. Every time I purchase a vehicle it seems like it's been a long drawn out process with people taking me for a ride. Kelly Nissan is totally on point with their exceptional service. We arrived to find the vehicle we had looked at the previous evening online outside of the front entrance. Our salesman Scott was also outside. We found out this particular vehicle was possibly sold,but did everything he could to try and accomodate us with financing because it may fall through. Long story short, my girlfriend got the vehicle she wanted at a payment that fit her budget. I applaude this entire staff and their pursuit of excellence with customer service/sales. Thank you again Scott,John, & Dave. You will be sure to see us again when we purchase our next vehicle. More

The rating that these guys got is that their service was great. Why because they where up front with everything from customer service to helping Dottie Reaser get into the right type of car and no hassel to great. We did an online application and Steve called the very next day and said come on down we can work with you. Then he introuduced Scott to Dottie and he found her the right car to get in and out of due to Dotties bad hip. These guys where on point and got me what i wanted. I went to braun daub kia in easton,pa and to be blunt the service was not great at all. They said i would need a co-signer and all that making it very hard to get what Dottie wanted. Told braun daub to forget it and went from bad service to Great service at kelly nissian in easton,pa. yeah i made the right decision. To Scott and Steve you made Dottie Reasers day with the 2010 chevy malibu. thanks you guys at kelly. keep up the great customer service. More

I had a lot of problems, expired insurance, expired registration, and Scott worked with me, even on days off, to get me registered and driving home in a new car. The only part of the experience I would change is putting more control in the salesman's hands. He had to refer to someone else on every detail, from price and financing to registration. He was forced to walk to a different building several times to talk to someone else. But that's management's mistake, not the salesman's. More
