Specifically, for Scott Wendling, Pat Connelly, and Ray Furslew! Over the years, my husband and I have leased more than 6 cars between the both of us at DCH. And we just leased another car from Scott! We are treated like family at DCH Kay Honda. I'm not just saying that either. It's like a family "reunion" each and every time we trade in our car(s). And the fact that Scott, Pat, and Ray have been with us through every lease is the BEST! It feels so good to see the same faces! It's comforting. You don't have to play the "Get to Know" you game. And they genuinely remember us (immediately)! Our experience at DCH Kay Honda always beats our expectations! When I originally spoke to Scott, I explained that I had a specific budget that we wanted to stay within....and he helped us do just that! And, I cannot thank Ray enough either, for also being able to help us stay within our budget! Everything was quick, efficient, and painless! The whole process from start to finish was seamless! You can't ask for any better!! We would recommend these guys to anyone who asks! More
