Excellent Experience From the second I walked into the dealership I was treated with kindness and respect. Easy, laid back experience I would recommend to anyone Went in the other day to look for a certified used Odyssey. I was met with the sales manager Mike Lyttle as well as salesman Scott Wendling. Scott w Went in the other day to look for a certified used Odyssey. I was met with the sales manager Mike Lyttle as well as salesman Scott Wendling. Scott was very personable and easy to work with. He took his time with us and allowed us to look at whichever vehicle we wanted to, and was very knowledgeable while answering all of our questions. He also didn't pressure us into any extras or add ons that we weren't interested in. Mike Lyttle also checked on my wife and I multiple times to make sure we were being taken care of and to see if there was anything additional he could help us with. Also worked with Patrick Connelly in the finance office who was straight forward and made the finance portion easy. All in all, I was happy with my car buying experience and would recommend them. More

No pressure I went into the dealership knowing that I liked the service provided on my current Honda but I had no idea what I wanted for a second car. I initiall I went into the dealership knowing that I liked the service provided on my current Honda but I had no idea what I wanted for a second car. I initially looked at new cars and then called back a few days later and asked if I could also look at pre-certified used cars. Scott found cars that met my criteria and expectations. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. There was no push for new vs. used. Scott even helped me get the second car home and spent time after the purchase to review the options available on the car. More

Exactly What I Asked For! I came to Kay Honda after a terrible experience at the Freehold Honda dealership. Dayna, Scott, and Patrick were professional, but warm, and helped me I came to Kay Honda after a terrible experience at the Freehold Honda dealership. Dayna, Scott, and Patrick were professional, but warm, and helped me in every way possible. Scott even connected me with better and less expensive car insurance right on the spot! They got me the exact car I wanted at a reasonable price with very little time spent. They did all the work...I came in and signed the papers. Done. I've been driving Accords for 7 years and will continue to do so now in big part to the customer service at DCH Kay Honda of Eatontown. DO NOT go to Freehold. Not only do they tell you what you want to hear and then things "change" when you get there - they never call you back. Dayna in Eatontown called me back EVERY time. Well down gang! I have already started recommending you and have a new Accord driver heading to you next week. Save her a black EXL. :) More
