He took his time with us and allowed us to look at whichever vehicle we wanted to, and was very knowledgeable while answering all of our questions. He also didn't pressure us into any extras or add ons that we weren't interested in. Mike Lyttle also checked on my wife and I multiple times to make sure we were being taken care of and to see if there was anything additional he could help us with. Also worked with Patrick Connelly in the finance office who was straight forward and made the finance portion easy. All in all, I was happy with my car buying experience and would recommend them. More

I initiall I went into the dealership knowing that I liked the service provided on my current Honda but I had no idea what I wanted for a second car. I initially looked at new cars and then called back a few days later and asked if I could also look at pre-certified used cars. Scott found cars that met my criteria and expectations. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. There was no push for new vs. used. Scott even helped me get the second car home and spent time after the purchase to review the options available on the car. More

They got me the exact car I wanted at a reasonable price with very little time spent. They did all the work...I came in and signed the papers. Done. I've been driving Accords for 7 years and will continue to do so now in big part to the customer service at DCH Kay Honda of Eatontown. DO NOT go to Freehold. Not only do they tell you what you want to hear and then things "change" when you get there - they never call you back. Dayna in Eatontown called me back EVERY time. Well down gang! I have already started recommending you and have a new Accord driver heading to you next week. Save her a black EXL. :) More

Bought Certified PreOwned- no BS! First, let me say, I’ve only ever owned one other car, so my experiences with dealerships are, well, none. My boyfriend was trying to explain to me ho First, let me say, I’ve only ever owned one other car, so my experiences with dealerships are, well, none. My boyfriend was trying to explain to me how much of a “game” it is, so the overall experience was feeling a bit overwhelming. We drove all the way down (we live in NYC) to the DCH Kay Honda dealership in Eatontown, NJ to check out a Certified Pre-Owned Honda Pilot 2013, Touring edition. Scott Wendling was our sales consultant and he did not disappoint! He was very straight-to-the-point, easy-going, genuine, and didn’t waste time with awkward small talk (some people really like small talk for some reason, ha). Anyway, he made the process so easy, giving us ample time (we got there at 9:15a and didn’t make a decision until 12:30p) to mull it over, especially since there were other interested buyers that wanted to come that day (someone even tried even put a deposit down to reserve the car). The car itself was priced pretty competitively compared to Kelley’s Bluebook. The final price after all the taxes and fees was still less than market-value, so we felt confident that we were getting an awesome deal. No “games” or pressure to buy at all. I’d have to say, Scott made the long commute worth it! More
