Some folks have been very helpful, Tom for example has been good to work with. That said, Dan Horvath has been the opposite and an error on his end has been a huge cluster with finalizing my lease buyout. been good to work with. Additionally it’s causing me to have to go back by the dealership for a second time to complete the paperwork which is 2+ hrs of a waste of my time. For that reason alone I would not return. More

We have purchased two vehicles from Tynan’s, most recently a 2022 Tiguan. With 400 miles off the lot, check-engine warnings, ECS warnings, and stop/start system warnings have triggered. Our sales per recently a 2022 Tiguan. With 400 miles off the lot, check-engine warnings, ECS warnings, and stop/start system warnings have triggered. Our sales person declined to help when we contacted him. He directed us to service, which scheduled us for an appointment a month later. We are concerned about the dangers associated with the ECS warning and surprised that Tynan’s is happy to let the buyers of a brand-new premium car sit tight when the car has issues right off the lot. We’re disappointed. More
