I've been given really great service here and I've been given really poor service here. Luckily this interaction was a good one minus the multiple interest rate points that the finance manager held but I'm given really poor service here. Luckily this interaction was a good one minus the multiple interest rate points that the finance manager held but I'm not financing for long and didn't want to argue about a few percentage points when I won't pay much interest anyways. I would not recommend this dealership because quite frankly I don't trust them there based off past experiences but I will say that Dan was an excellent sales rep and treated me very well throughout the process. Unfortunately it would appear that there's a disconnect between management and the FOH staff as management doesn't seem to take an interest in their customers. More

I had a great sales experience with Landon. However, the finance guy was fairly rude and short with me and built in quite a dealer reserve on the deal.
