The finance manager (can't remember his name) was very knowledgeable and made the experience more informative and interactive than the traditional high pressured sales pitch. I want to say that Scott Witt is a great asset to Gates, he was very patient throughout our weeks of emails up to the point when I scheduled the Test-Drive. He was very helpful throughout the entire proces he was very patient throughout our weeks of emails up to the point when I scheduled the Test-Drive. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and even got me out of there with my Used Jeep in a few hours (last time I purchased a car it was an all day affair at a different dealership). Scott is unique and not full of pressure. Hopefully he is still there when I need my next car. More
