I really liked the sales process, it was quick and you only deal with one person and dealer fees are told to you up front. The day after I bought it, I had to spend $800 on repairs. I had wanted a 2nd key only deal with one person and dealer fees are told to you up front. The day after I bought it, I had to spend $800 on repairs. I had wanted a 2nd key and they told me it wasn't a chipped key & it was. Their service dept did end up getting me a key and did install a new drive shaft that I had bought. There was a vibration when driving, I asked them if they drove it, they said they did, but as soon as I drove it, I could tell they didn't. I called the sales manager 3 times to see if they had checked it out and no one responded. They didn't reimburse me for my repairs. Although I liked the buying process, I'm not sure if I would trust them with buying a used vehicle again that they said was checked out. More

I thought I actually walked into a reputable dealership, but come to find out it was like any other car sales experience.
