Lies from yet another disgusting stealership. Acura of Pembroke pines sold me a used 2001 acura cl types, trans slipped three days later. They changed the negotiated price, lied about services done and screamed at me on the phone when i confronted them and refused to take a refund less than 12 Hours later. Let me start by saying I 100% believe Sean Bradford knew about the issues with this vehicle, he sold me the vehicle lying the entire way and making a scene by hiding the keys in the parts managers office, the parts manager told me the vehicle had been serviced and lied about the location of the oil leak. Sean Bradford also lied about the vehicle being serviced. The parts manager started by saying it was an axle seal (it was a rear main seal, cam plug, both axle seals and multiple selonoid seals.) I test drove the vehicle after six hours i should have left by then but i kept getting told 'oh just a little longer' if i hadnt drove 3 hours and the interior and exterior hadnt been in such good shape id have walked a long time ago. When i finally went to drive the vehicle i had to fill it with trans fluid because it was bone dry due to the alleged 'axle seal' NO ONE helped or even offered to help. I waited from 11am to 6pm just to be able to purchase the vehicle. I was told they would never sell a used car that wasn't serviced fully so i was unfortunately confident i wasnt going to get screwed. When i was in the office filling out paperwork the negotiated price was changed from 2400 to 2799 and i hadn't noticed until after i had left the dealership. The vehicles last oil change was in 2017 and the sticker was in the glovebox hidden away, the service writeup they gave me for the vehicle had been misleading due to the fact that it said on carfax that they did service the vehicle. The vehicle had been in an accident and it was not disclosed to me at the point of sale and i hadn't figured it out until i had pulled off the rear bumper and saw the frame damage when repainting. The brakes were at 2mm or less in both the front and rear. The vehicle q was leaking brake fluid from the rear calipers due to the pads being so low, they had slapped two new tires on the front and the vehicle needed a new transmission as well as a ton of work to the engine. The used cars sales manager Donald young when confronted about said issues made a tall tale that i was a master mechanic, told me to go f myself and that i was playing the victim then refused a refund, i called the general manager and he did the same claiming he was on vacation when this happened. I was told they would fix the safety concerns by the sales manager over the phone if i had just Drove the vehicle back. But when the service manager at vatland honda told them of the concerns in writing and told them it failed inspection we heard no response because they didnt want any proof in writing knowing i would possibly sue. They refused to get it towed the three hour trip and told me i had to pay to tow it, they refused to fix the trans, take a refund or even just replace the pads in the rear. All they did was scream namecall and act like children never go here never give them anything they are disgusting people who only care about themselves and have zero integrity. Since we bought our new 2019 Acura MDX, Mr. Marco Pinto has served us in Service and on each visit he has made us feel welcome in different ways, which helps us understand that every penny we pay there is well worth it. He spends quality time in conversations with us that makes you understand that we are not a customer who goes through any other establishment, we feel treated by him as if we were part of the Pembroke Pines Dealer Acura, as if he were the one to whom he was attending and we appreciate that very much. As if this were not enough, every worker with whom we cross the road inside the Dealer has a greeting and a friendly smile. The lady who works at the entrance coordinating that they attend us (sorry not to know her name), goes out of her way to find the most comfortable way for us to be taken care of, even though our salesperson is not available. And Mr. Sean Bradford, our salesman, also takes much of his time to make our stay at the Dealer enjoyable, as if we were the only ones that cares about those long minutes of natural and careful attention he uses and takes to update us and guide us on the new cars that Acura will soon put on the market. Definitely in Acura from Pembroke Pines they know how to choose their staff well and that makes them especially excellent. Desde que compramos nuestro nuevo 2019 Acura MDX, nos ha atendido el Sr. Marco Pinto en Servicio y en cada visita nos ha hecho sentir bienvenido de diferentes maneras, que nos ayuda a entender que cada centavo que pagamos allí bien vale la pena. El emplea tiempo de calidad en conversaciones con nosotros que te hace entender que no somos un cliente más que pasa por cualquier otro establecimiento, nos sentimos tratados por él como si fueramos parte del Dealer Acura de Pembroke Pines, como si fuera a él mismo a quien él estuviera atendiendo y eso lo apreciamos mucho. Y el Sr. Sean Bradford, nuestro vendedor, toma también gran parte de su tiempo para hacernos agradable la estancia en el Dealer, como si fuéramos los únicos que le importa en esos largos minutos de atención natural y esmerada que utiliza y aprovecha para actualizarnos y orientarnos sobre los nuevos autos que Acura pondrá pronto al mercado. Everyone is always friendly, nice and helpful. They have always worked with us to get us into the automobile of our choice. From the Sales & Finance to the Service Departments, they provide excellent service and never fail to treat their customers with respect. This is the reason why we would keep going back to see Mike Duggan when it's time for a new vehicle. Mike is our favorite go-to Sales & Leasing Consultant. He is simply outstanding in every way! We also enjoyed working with Sean Bradford whom we found to be very knowledgeable and ready to help. Sean is also awesome and took good care of us. So did their Sales Manager Scott Ticker who made it happen. Additionally, we appreciated that Doug Campbell in the Finance Dept. managed to get us in and out quickly with all the paperwork that had to be processed. He did a great job as well. This is my second time as repeat customer to Sean. I was servicing my 2019 Acura TLX and out of curiosity inquired about the 2020 MDX. Their patience and dedication is phenomenal. He was prompt with my new vehicle inquiry and made sure I was attended to immediately. He then directed me to see Romane which was very polite and eager to assist me. The sales manager Scott Ticker was there as well and dedicated plenty of time to me. They all made the deal happen. I would definitely keep using them as my go-to dealership. Their customer loyalty and customer service exceeds any other vehicle dealership I have dealt with in the past. Thus far all the departments (sales, finance, and service) at this dealership are amazing and I would recommend to anyone that inquires. More
