Amazing all around experience! We came to Acura with the intent to buy my daughter a car. Sean greeted me and my husband with a very friendly attitude. After sharing our intent we l We came to Acura with the intent to buy my daughter a car. Sean greeted me and my husband with a very friendly attitude. After sharing our intent we looked a several options and after conversating with him we felt very comfortable. He was very thorough and transparent and never seemed like he was pushing us to buy anything. He recommended the Lease program after learning that I was the type of person that after paying off a car, I wanted to get into something new. I was unfamiliar with the Lease Program since we have never done a lease before, but he went above a beyond to answer all my questions and did a very great job educating me. The Lease program sounded like a great fit for us. We arrived late in the evening and we felt bad that we were keeping them open after closing hours but everyone kept reassuring us that it was not a problem. No one was rushing, they all took their time in processing our paperwork. The management team and the Finance Manager, Mr. Kaloaf was very friendly, accommodating, patient and pleasant to work with. We ending up getting a car for myself, a brand new 2020 MDX and because every one was so amazing we came back few days later and picked up a brand new 2019 ILX for my daughter. It was a very nice Christmas for us! Thank you Acura of Pembroke Pines! More
