Two times separate appointments they promised they would fix my vehicle I’ve been waiting since February and it’s may absolutely the worst service department in the United States period More

What can we discuss after four months of. Lies? It makes zero sense to me replacing a component would take this long not to mention I was forced to prepay for the part that never came your service department is a joke nobody can afford to laugh at. I called on Friday may 15th at 1252 just to see what kind of lie I would be told and sure enough the part was on it’s way should be in 2-3 days today’s the 21st by the way. That’s the business model? keep lying to a costumer that makes great service again worst service department in the country no comparison. crazy part is there is no option for Zero stars because that’s what I would give
