Having the oil changed and tires rotated took 2 hours. This dealership seems to concentrate mainly on their Honda customers. GMC customers are directed to a separate building and the check-in person then drives my car to the main service building. This makes me feel like the "unwanted stepchild" at the dealership. The service person was fine and tried his best. The sales guy on the other hand spent a lot of time with me and has called me at home multiple times despite the fact that I told him from the start that I was not going to buy a new car at this time. I'm not sure if I have clicked on the correct service department employee as I don't recall his name but the picture looks like him. He did an excellent job. More
